Senior Supply Team Manager

The primary function of your role will be to offer leadership to the New Business Supply Team who are tasked with developing and implementing the organisations growth strategy. The role requires an excellent team leader who will line manage the supply team members and support their wellbeing, engagement with our culture and values and learning and development. The role requires you to support the team to develop and implement market strategies that maximise Clúid’s market share of new social housing opportunities and generates a long-term pipeline for the supply of new units and to support the delivery of the current pipeline of social housing projects. Reporting on progress, budgeting for growth and tracking the pipeline are key elements of this role. In this regard the role requires a high level of data management skills and in particular proficiency in utilising programme planning and managing software. A high level of understanding of the property market, property development processes and project management processes are also requirements for this role.
