Tenancy Sustainment Manager

Role Overview: To assess the needs of our residents who have a lower capacity to maintain their tenancies and provide them with opportunities to address patterns of behaviour.  To develop relationships and service agreements with external services and organisations to support Clúid residents to sustain their tenancies.
