Standing Order:

Click here to download a standing order form. Tenants need to ensure that the rent account number under ‘Payment Account Reference No. (Narrative)’ is filled in. Please request the bank to include this reference with every transaction.

Household Budget scheme through An Post:

This scheme is open to people receiving certain social welfare payments. Rent is taken directly from the social welfare payment each week. More information is available on the An Post website here. Tenants can download the application form on the website, fill it in and send it to the Rents Officer in Clúid’s Finance Department.

Electronic transfer using online banking:

When paying your rent through electronic bank transfer, please make sure that the payment reference is the same as your tenant account number. Here are all the details you will need:

Rent swipe card (Billpay):

Telephone payments:

Our contact centre staff are available on 01 707 2088 to take payments over the phone using your debit card. Please note that you will need your 13 digit account number which can be found on the upper left hand side of your rent statement.
